Centre for Public Procurement and PPP is education and research centre. Its aim is to promote studies on public procurement and public-private partnership.
"Public Procurement Law" - lecture in summer term
Public Procurement Law regulates the contracts between public administration and private entreprenours. The subject of public procurement procedures are public works, public services and public supplies. The EU public procurement market is estimated on the level of 17 % GDP of EU Member States. The main issues presented during the lecture include: subject and object of public procurement, qualification criteria, public procurement procedures, award criteria, remedies, electronic public procurement. The lecture will present EU public procurement legal system with the examples of national legal rules and actual European and national judgements.
