PHD., Assistant Professor at the Chair of Commercial Law, Insurance and Industrial Property at the Faculty of Law and Administration, University of Łódź, legal advisor and partner at the law firm JJW Janeta i Wspólnicy Kancelaria Radców Prawnych. Scholar of the Socrates/Erasmus program, studied at the Justus Liebig University in Giessen (Germany). Completed court apprenticeship at the District Court in Łódź with a very good plus grade. Author of publications in the field of private law, particularly in commercial law. Specializes in corporate law, civil law, and the legal aspects of starting and running a business. Initiator and co-organizer of one of the largest annual scientific conferences on company law, the Forum of Company Law, held at the University of Łódź's Faculty of Law and Administration since 2010. Supervisor and reviewer of numerous master's theses, including those of the winners of the first and second prizes in the national competition for the best master's thesis organized by the Commercial Law Review. Member of the editorial board of the "Zeszyty Naukowe" journal of the Legal Advisor Quarterly. Received the Rector's Award of the University of Łódź for co-authoring the textbook Economic and Commercial Law edited by Prof. W. J. Katner, as well as the Rector's Award of the University of Łódź for organizational achievements. Honored with the "Meritorious for the Legal Advisors" badge. His main academic interests focus on commercial and business law, with particular emphasis on corporate law and the legal aspects of starting and conducting business activities. His research also addresses issues in bankruptcy and restructuring law.
