Dr. hab. Marlena Sakowska-Była, Associate Professor at the University of Lodz, working at the Department of European Constitutional Law, and Head of the Postgraduate Studies "Prawo nowych technologii - obsługa biznesu i sektora publicznego" [New Technologies Law – Business and Public Sector Services] at the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Lodz is the winner of the first-ever award in this category.
