The document was signed by three representatives of partner institutions: Prof. Piotr Rylski, Director of the Institute of Justice, Prof. Monika Bogucka-Felczak, Dean of the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Lodz, and Prof. Sławomir Cieślak, Head of the Centre for Research on Axiology of Civil Procedures.
The agreement opens new opportunities for cooperation in numerous areas crucial to both academia and justice practice. This cooperation will include, among other things, joint organisation of scientific conferences and seminars, undertaking activities aimed at securing research grants, preparing scientific publications, and exchanging knowledge and experience between academics and practitioners.
The signing of the agreement is an important step towards building lasting relationships between theory and practice for all three partners: the Faculty of Law and Administration, the Centre and the Institute of Justice. It can contribute to the development of modern solutions in the field of civil procedures and the operation of the justice system in Poland.
