The inaugural meeting of the Council's 7th term of office took place at POLSA's Warsaw branch on 24-25 July 2026. During the event, newly appointed representatives of universities from across Poland received their official nominations from the President of POLSA, Dr Marta Ewej Wachowicz. The Council brings together 30 students and early-career researchers actively engaged in advancing the national and international space sector.
During the first meeting, participants discussed strategic objectives for the coming period, developed the foundations of the Council's activity plan for the current term of office and held discussions concerning participation in the upcoming European Rover Challenge in Kraków. Further initiatives, including the 4th edition of the UP! Student Conference, were also planned.
The meeting concluded with a study visit to ICEYE, during which Council members met Adam Borowicz, Sales Director.
